On our first encounter with them, the lids for my tanks were not dug up, they helped us uncover them Quickly and got the tanks emptied and then inspected. Three years later, it was time for the tanks to be emptied again, and this time I had them install a riser over my second tank. This will make them easier to access in the future, as I had a hard time locating the lids to dig them up this go around.They are quick and make a smelly job not so painful, and did a beautiful job installing the riser and then even pushing the dirt back around the lids for me."
