Bonanza Septic was established in 1989 and has changed hands throughout the years. Each time the new owner has implemented changes to improve customer service. Now known as Bonanza Septic & Jetting Solutions, in addition to our residential and real estate business we also service a wide range of restaurants, breweries, medical facilities and food manufacturers.
The current owner, Mike Orms, bought Bonanza Septic in June of 2022. He has decades of experience overseeing operations, manufacturing, management, and customer service. He will enhance and expand the services Bonanza offers. Implementation of scheduling, tracking, instant payments and invoicing will provide an exceptional service to our customers. The key to our moral fiber is our customer relationships. Our customers are everything to our future success.

Our Team
Laura
Laura is also a longtime resident of Northern Nevada and has worked in manufacturing, quality control, and customer service. She is happily married to her husband Tom, and they have two adult children, five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter! Laura takes care of us with her AWESOME birthday treats! She was behind getting an ISO 9001-2015 certification for a company that had a highly specialized product and then had zero recordables in three consecutive years. Her goal is to ensure every customer receives excellent customer service from the time of booking - all the way through to invoicing.
Dakota
Dakota grew up in the Gardnerville/Minden area and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He got married to a wonderful gal Mara and the ceremony was held in Mike's backyard! Dakota is a character for sure, always smiling and has a comical retort for just about everything. He's and exceptionally hard worker and if you need a hole dug, he's your guy. Our customers absolutely love the guy we call 'D'
Tiger
Tiger (Yes, that's his real name!) grew up in the Grass Valley, CA area and moved to Reno in 2024. He has prior septic experience with a pumping company in Northern California and became a customer favorite with us. Tiger is an exceptionally hard worker, resolving customer issues without hesitation. Need him in a tank, grab the PPE and he's ready! Tiger enjoys his down time with his girlfriend Emily, often going to the coast for a little R&R as well as shooting and hunting.
Maggie
Maggie grew up in the South Pasadena, CA area and moved to Northern Nevada in 2016, is married to husband Johnny and they have a son, Jesse. She services our Grease Interceptor customers, does our transfer driving and does several 'Pump Only' jobs for us. Maggie is a highly dedicated to her craft and is often helping the guys out on their jobs. She enjoys spending time with her family going camping, riding horses, shooting and helping others overcome adversity to become positive role models just like her.
Mike
Mike is a longtime resident and business owner in Northern Nevada. His wife Kimberly is in the medical industry, they have four adult children with one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law and one grandson. Mike has decades of experience overseeing operations, manufacturing, management, and customer service. They enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with family.
